Cancellations prior to 10 business days of the conference will be refunded minus a $200.00 administrative fee.
No cancellations or refunds will be processed after April 2, 2018.
Cancellations of your hotel room are subject to the cancellation policy of the hotel.
Conference Registration includes full participation for all scientific program schedule for the conference on all three days - unless a single day ticket was purchased. Single day registration allows for participation in one day of the ticket owner's choosing.
Registrations for pool demonstrations - to be in the pool - are limited and will be on a first come first served basis. All others not able to be in the pool will be able to witness pool demonstrations and interact pool side based on space availability.
Gala dinner is a separate purchase from the conference ticket.
In the event you are not able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, subject to a $25 administration fee. Please contact icebat.us.info@gmail.com for details.
