We are currently looking for donors and sponsors for this conference premier in the U.S. Below are the details.  ICEBAT US, boasts eleven internationally recognized keynote speakers and is projecting conference attendance will be 250-350 people.

Platinum Donor – $3,000

• 1 complementary admission and 50% off 2 additional admissions to the conference
• 1 complimentary admission to the Keynote Speaker/Donor dinner on Friday night
• 1 complimentary admission and 50% off 2 additional admissions to the Gala conference dinner on Sunday night
• Complimentary 3 day booth*
• 2 items of your business paraphernalia can be placed in the conference registration bag/packet

Gold Donor – $1,500

• 50% off 2 admissions to the conference
• 1 Paid admission to the Keynote Speaker/Donor dinner on Friday night
• 50% off 2 admissions to the Gala conference dinner on Sunday night
• Complimentary 1 day booth*
• 1 item of your business paraphernalia can be placed in the conference registration bag/packet

Sponsorship – various

• $50.00 off one registration spot.
• Sponsored items will have the ICEBAT 2018 convention logo alongside the sponsor’s logo with attribution of sponsorship
• 1 item of your business paraphernalia can be placed in the conference registration bag/packet
• $200 off any booth purchase

Booth Only – $500-$1,250

This purchase will reserve you a booth (a spacious 8 foot draped conference table including an electrical outlet and 2 chairs), located within the conference room. You must have a paid conference admission to purchase a booth.
