- Cancellations prior to 10 business days of the conference will be refunded minus a $200.00 administrative fee.
- No cancellations or refunds will be processed after April 2, 2018.
- Cancellations of your hotel room are subject to the cancellation policy of the hotel.
- Conference Registration includes full participation for all scientific program schedule for the conference on all three days - unless a single day ticket was purchased. Single day registration allows for participation in one day of the ticket owner's choosing.
- Registrations for pool demonstrations - to be in the pool - are limited and will be on a first come first served basis. All others not able to be in the pool will be able to witness pool demonstrations and interact pool side based on space availability.
- Gala dinner is a separate purchase from the conference ticket.
- In the event you are not able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, subject to a $25 administration fee. Please contact icebat.us.info@gmail.com for details.
