Aquatic Therapy is becoming recognized as a powerful force in rehab from not only the pediatric to geriatric populations, but to the elite athlete as well. Research has been verifying the benefits of aquatic therapy in most conditions ranging from acute to chronic conditions as well as lifestyle disorders.
The first and second European Conferences on Evidence Based Aquatic Therapy were held in Izmir, Turkey in 2013 and in Leuven, Belgium for 2015. Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico was the host site for 2016, and Mysuru, India is preparing for the 2017 conference this November.
These events have been huge successes attracting hundreds of delegates emerging from around 30 countries. We are expecting a progressive expansion of this aquatic outreach to the world.ICEBAT.US has already been endorsed by fourteen international aquatic therapy organizations, including the Aquatic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Please join us for the next wave of this movement in April 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada in the U.S.
ICEBAT.US will be an excellent opportunity for aquatic professionals come together, share and learn from one another. Our keynote speakers are leaders in their field, and are passionate about their research. This peer-reviewed conference will be overflowing with experience, the latest research worldwide, and clinical application. The contents of this conference will be centered on practical workshops, supported by the state-of-art evidence. This is also an invaluable medium of networking for the evidence-based aquatic arena. The conference has a growing number of sponsors and donors (https://www.icebat.us/sponsors-and-donors) as well as a generous allotment of free raffles and SWAG (https://www.icebat.us/?portfolio_page=sponsor-opportunities). There will be LiveStreaming interviews of registrants, donors, sponsors, and vendors throughout the conference.
Our aspiration is to integrate aquatic therapy with a newer line of thinking. Our Scientific committee is putting together information that will involve looking at pain, gait rehabilitation, muscle endurance development, setting game based pediatric approaches and other keynote sessions. We would like to invite abstracts that have newer perspective to look at aquatic therapy in all the fields of practice of aquatic therapy.
Register and enjoy a professionally organized conference and catch up with the latest research in Las Vegas, located in Nevada’s Mojave Desert. Las Vegas is a world-renowned resort city famous for its vibrant nightlife. It is filled with dazzling 24-hour casinos and spectacular entertainment options.
